Raymond Eugene Fox

Medical Architect/Principal

Ray has been dedicated to the Healthcare field for over 25 years. His extensive years of practice have granted him experience in feasibility development, practice analysis, space programming for single and multi-story multi-tenant facilities, which range from Out-patient surgical centers, radiation therapy, MRI & CT labs, Pharmaceutical labs, Bio-tech, dental, and oral surgery centers. He has established himself as a nation-wide leader in medical architecture.

Jose Carlos Delgado Barba

Senior Project Manager

Carlos joined Raymond Fox & Associates after finishing his Architectural Studies at the Mexican National Autonomus University (UNAM) where he obtained a strong background in Architectural Restoration, Urban Design and Space Planning.

Working for Raymond Fox & Associates for over 29 years, he has now dedicated a significant portion of his career to the Healthcare Design Field.

To date, Carlos has completed over 2,000 Projects of every size, shape and project makeup. These projects range from small, Primary care offices and clinics to larger, multi-specialty clinics and complete Medical Office Building T.I.’s all over the Nation.

Carlos enjoys spending time with his family. He is also an avid cyclist and an overlander enthusiast.

Arturo Breton

Project Manager

Arturo Breton was born in the city of Guadalajara Mexico, showed extensive drawing skills and great interest in how all the things around him worked and how they were built.

 

During his training as an architect, he worked as a draftsman developing plans for the construction of custom furniture and prefabricated storage systems, acquiring his Bachelor of Architecture in 1991.

After 5 years of professional practice in Mexico, being part of the design team for multiple projects including health clinics, marinas, hotels, and industrial warehouses he had the opportunity to move to Las Vegas.

In Vegas he was part of the "boom" in construction and architecture, participating in numerous high-end residential and retail projects, as well as institutional working for Jacobs/Carter & Burgess.

 

His passion for architecture placed him as a faculty member for the Art Institute of Las Vegas, teaching drafting and advance computer drafting to young designers.

 

He eventually returned to San Diego and in 2021 became part of the RFA Team.

 

He enjoys good food and a good ride on his motorcycle.

Bre’an Fox

Director of Interiors/Sr Designer

Bre’an started Facility Solutions in 1992 responding to the need that companies had for full service planning and design, as well as project coordination and relocation services. As Principal in charge, Bre’an is involved in all of the company’s projects with primary participation during the early phases of Programming, Test Fit Planning & Comparative Analysis, Schematic Design Concept Development, Budget and Schedule assistance. Bre’an obtained her degree in Interior Design in Long Beach, California in 1979 and began her career in San Diego focusing on both the design and construction of commercial office space. In 1984, she joined a northern California firm and spent eight years developing multi-tenant office projects in San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area, and designing a wide range of workspaces for tenants who leased these properties. With her background in design, construction and real estate development, Bre’an understands the roles and goals of each team member in the project design and improvement process. Over the years, she and her staff have become an invaluable resource to large and small companies all over San Diego County as they engage in the process of planning, designing, constructing and moving into their new spaces.

Pablo Maciel

Senior Project Manager

Pablo has been with Raymond Fox & Associates for over 8 years where he has worked himself up from Drafting to Project Manager, Job Captain, Space Planning, Production Drafter and Estimator and has completed over 150 projects throughout the United States. Having full knowledge of the UBC, CBC, IBC and ADA codes has helped him move up quickly in his career.

Prior to working for Raymond Fox & Associates, he has worked with a Commercial Interior Designer, as well as a Project Designer Firm working on projects such as, Chollas Creek Development in San Diego, Date Palm Center in Cathedral City and Jamul Market Place, in Jamul CA.

Pablo started his career as a Construction Manager in Mexico and has worked on over 40 projects and is a Licensed Architect in Mexico, with a Specialty Degree in Urban Design and Development in 2001.

Being Bilingual has been a great plus for his career as it has helped the understanding of developments of projects both in the US and Mexico.

Pablo enjoys traveling with his Wife and two daughters.

Martin Hernandez

Project Manager

Martin join RFA team in 2020 in midst of the corona virus situation.  Martin attended a local college here in San Diego with the emphasis on the career of Architecture. 

 

With over 35 years in the construction business, he has accomplished a superb knowledge of means and methods of the construction system including construction codes.  Martin started as a board drafter later turn into CAD, Revit and Vector works thru  his tenure as a drafter/ designer has earn several hours of experience in multi disciplines such Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Architecture.

 
 

Alicia Degracia

Office Administrator

Alicia has worked for Raymond Fox & Associates over 23 years. Her invaluable client relations skills have not only given Raymond Fox & Associates a great first impression, but also makes every client feel how truly important they are to our industry.

With over 42 years of experience in office management, accounting, purchasing, payroll, client relations as well as being our travel and seminar coordinator, she also holds an Associates in Science Degree in Office Procedures which has been a major asset to help manage our busy, yet successful firm.

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and home improvement projects with Bryan as well as running and yoga. To her credit she has done 18 Half Marathons and 14 Marathons.
